Journey to the Heart of Life is an audiocast dedicated to those of us who are seeking to consciously integrate the spiritual aspects of Self into daily life - to become more Aware. The goal is to continue to develop this Awareness, and to see life with a new profundity. Using different methods such as short essays, readings, poetry, our journals, music, and quotations from others, these regular reflections attempt with your involvement to look at life with a level of new Awareness - helping us become more aware of our Divine connection, and, the infinite potential that we as conscious human beings possess as we make this Journey to the Heart of Life!
